Cologne Community Center
Cologne, Minnesota

Description

This 16,299sf building, which includes a fitness center, community and conference rooms, and serving kitchen, was designed with energy saving goals. Energy efficient lighting, geothermal wells and variable speed drive fans were all part of a complete energy efficient system.

Achieving Excellence

RLJK engineers and staff worked with the City of Cologne, Minnesota and its contractors and vendors to produce electrical drawings and specifications which utilize the latest technological advances.

Communicating constantly throughout the process, our staff updated contract documents promptly and accurately in response to the changing needs of the City and its contractors. The innovative designs and thorough contract documents contributed to a very competitive bid and value in a state of the art facility for the City of Cologne.
